Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing

ESTIFA will process your order within 2 - 6 hours after payment verification.

2. Delivery Time

For domestic shipping, items will be delivered to your doorstep within the next 1 - 3 days depending on the courier service and location sent.

For international shipping, the estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 days. Delivery is carried out during working days. Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Tracking numbers will be mailed once your order has been posted.

3. Shipping charges (Domestic)

For orders below 2kg (Peninsular Malaysia)/ below 2kg (Sabah & Sarawak), shipping fee is charged at a flat rate basis: [7 RM] - Peninsular Malaysia / [RM25] - Sabah & Sarawak. Subsequent 1kg of weight will have an additional of [RM7/kg] - Peninsular Malaysia / [RM20/kg] - Sabah & Sarawak.

4. International Shipping

You may contact our admins for the shipping fee & delivery time at estifaclothing@gmail.com

Kindly note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable important charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.

5. Currency

All orders and Shipping fee will be charged in MYR (RM), the actual currency rate will be depending on your credit card issued bank.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process does not include any custom charge / import duty. Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country. The courier partner will contatct you if there are any duty / taxes need to be paid.
